Low blood glucose or hypoglycemia is one of the most common problems associated with insulin treatment, but it can also happen to people with diabetes taking pills. In general, hypoglycemia is defined as a blood glucose level below 70 mg/dl.

Eat sugar in the form of candy, cubes, or tablets or any quick sugar food.

Orange or Pomegranate:

If feeling drowsy, drink a juice of pomegranate or orange.


Eat an apple with their peels after each meal.


If feeling lightheaded or faint or have other hypoglycemic symptoms, drink licorice tea. (Don’t drink this tea, if you have hypertension).


Cholesterol is a waxy substance that’s found in the fats (lipids) in your blood. While your body needs cholesterol to continue building healthy cells, having high cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease. When you have high cholesterol, you may develop fatty deposits in your blood vessels.

Honey and Lime Juice:

Add one teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of lime juice in one cup of hot water and drink early morning.


Boil two tablespoons of dry seeds of coriander in a glass of water and strain the decoction after cooing. Take this decoction twice a day.

Honey and Cinnamon:

Take one tablespoon of honey and half teaspoon of cinnamon powder in one cup of hot water thrice a day.


High blood pressure is a common condition in which the long-term force of the blood against your artery walls is high enough that it may eventually cause health problems, such as heart disease.

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Add a teaspoon of honey and 5-8 drops of apple cider vinegar to a cup of hot water, and drink it in the early morning. It helps to reduce cholesterol, maintains vasodilation, and helps to regulate blood pressure.


Chew a clove of garlic daily in empty stomach along with a glass of water. This is the best remedy for high blood pressure.


Eat papaya first thing in the morning for few days.

Orange and Coconut:

Mix 2 Parts of orange juice with one part of coconut water. Drink 1/2 to 1 cup, twice or thrice a day.

Peach Juice:

Add 1 teaspoon coriander and 1 pinch cardamon to 1 cup freshly squeezed peach juice. Drink this juice 2 to 3 times a day.

Indian Gooseberry (Amla):

Take one tablespoon fresh indian gooseberry (amla) juice with 1 tablespoon of honey every morning.


Boil 5-6 leaves of olive in a cup of water for five minutes. Drink a cup of this decoction 3 times a day.

Mango Juice:

Drink 1 cup mango juice, followed about an hour later by 1/2 cup warm milk, with a pinch of cardamon, a pinch of nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon Ghee. (Note: Skip the ghee, if the cholesterol level is high).
