Saif ul Malook Lake is located at the northern end of the Kaghan near Naran Valley in the Khyber Pakhtunkhawa province of Pakistan at an altitude of 3,224 m (10,578 feet) above sea level, Saif ul Malook is amongst one of the highest lakes in Pakistan. Lake remained frozen in winter season as heavy snowfall makes journey very tough. Only trekkers can access lake in snow because road denies any transportation.

How to Reach
The lake is accessible for visitors from June to September almost 10 kilometers from Naran village, Saif ul Malook Lake accessible through 4×4 vehicles through Naran Valley. Jeeps are available in Naran Bazaar against Rs.2000-Rs.3000 range. The Journey takes about an hour on a non furnished road (Track of Rocks) starting from Naran.
You can also reach via trekking the whole path offers attractive beauty and recommended for walk also. A four to five hours steep hike journey for willing trekkers presents fantastic views.
Precautions
Wearing a jacket is recommended. It is preferable that you must take meals from Nagar. Due to an unkind weather during winter you can only visit during summers. Must take your Jackets and Sweaters and the most important thing is Jogger Shoes.
