Lie straight down on the floor in a ways that your legs touch straight to floor. Put palms of both hands under your head and lift them in a way that your right arm elbow touches your left knee and try to move your other leg in air in the way similar to riding bicycle. Now repeat this exercise for at least 15 times everyday.
2. Russian Twist:
Sit on a floor in a way that your feet are straight along with your legs and your weight is on the hips. Now combine your both hands and try to touch floor once at right side and then on the left side. try to move your upper body during the process. Also repeat this exercise for 15 times everyday.
