Kingston 2TB USB Flash Drive Specifications

Data Traveler Ultimate GT offers superior quality in a high-end design as it is made of zinc alloy metal casing for shock resistance. The case dimension is 72×26.94×21mm in size, which is not that small much shorter enough than the hard drives with the same capacity and would be more pocket-friendly.

The data Traveler Ultimate GT uses a USB 3.1 adapter instead of new USB type C port, so you will need to break out a dongle to use it with the newer computers. This means that flash drive can max out at a speed of 5GBp/s.

The production of the drives has started and the units would be available to get by next month, said Kingston. Though the price of the drives has not been officially announced by the Kingston but the expected price would likely be around $1,000-$2,000.
